Program Policies
At Leveraged for Success, we are committed to providing a supportive and empowering environment for all participants. Our coaching programs are designed to help you unlock your full potential, set and achieve meaningful goals, and thrive academically and personally.
To ensure that every member of our community enjoys a positive and enriching experience, we have established the following program policies. We kindly ask all participants to read and adhere to these guidelines, as they are designed to create a safe, inclusive, and collaborative space for everyone.
Back to Campus Boot Camp
Registration

The registration fee for participation in Back to Campus Boot Camp is $55, a one-time payment.

Online payment should be made via credit card before gaining access to the group.

Your registration for Back to Campus Boot Camp will be valid from August 21 - 25, 2023, unless canceled according to the cancellation policy described below.
Cancellation

Cancellation must be submitted no later than two days before the program begins.

You may cancel your registration by submitting an email to hello@leveragedforsuccess.com. Please provide your full name and the program registration you are canceling.
Intellectual Property

All content shared within Leveraged For Success remains the intellectual property of the respective creators.

Participants agree not to reproduce or share any proprietary content outside the group.
Code of Conduct
-
All participants must treat each other with respect, kindness, and empathy.

Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership.
Privacy Policy

Leveraged for Success will collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy linked here.
Termination

Leveraged For Success reserves the right to terminate any participant's registration for violating the code of conduct or terms and conditions.
Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through good-faith negotiations.

If a resolution cannot be reached, any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia, U.S.A.
Liability & Disclaimer

Leveraged For Success and its administrators will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred while using the group's services.
Focus & Flow Collaborative Success Coaching
Membership

The membership fee for participation in Focus & Flow Collaborative Success Coaching is $485 one-time 10-month payment or $55 per month.

Online payment should be made via credit card before gaining access to the group.

Your membership with Focus & Flow Collaborative Success Coaching will be valid and renewed for subsequent periods unless canceled.
Cancellation

You may cancel your registration anytime by accessing your subscription in the private members' area. Once you are on your subscription page, use the drop-down menu to cancel.

Cancellations are effective on the next billing cycle.

No refunds are provided for previous terms or the remaining period of the current membership term upon cancellation.

Age Requirements

To become a Back to Campus Boot Camp participant you must be at least 18 years old.
Active Participation

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology and internet connection to participate in group activities effectively.

Engage actively in the coaching process, be open to new perspectives, and be willing to take actionable steps toward personal and academic growth.
Governing
Law

The laws of Fulton County, Georgia, USA, govern these terms and conditions.
